Google a recipe for "Tabouleh" and replace the Bulgar wheat with the Cous Cous. It's basically finely chopped and seasoned salad mixed with the grains. It's very refreshing and lovely with Fish (or whatever you like). My eyes! The goggles do nothing!0

it's great when cooked. let it go cold. then add sun dried toms, cherry toms, cucumber, olives (whatever grabs you) and then eat at work. Folk always comment on how lovely and tasty it looks.0

Hi kacie,
There's an older thread that should help so I've merged your thread with it to keep all the suggestions together.

Hi everyone
In the middle of making Dinner, which is homemade marinaded drumsticks, homemade salsa and couscous.
I'm a little worried that the couscous is going to be very bland (heard this before) I have a cupboard full of spices and dried herbs (went shopping today) what would you recommend/what do you use?
Thanks

I like to finely chop some onion and put it in the hot water before adding the couscous - think it improves flavour. otherwise using a good stock helps as well...0
