Treated myself to a few as well, well it would be rude not to!! lol

If you look at the top of the box, there's a black circle which tells you the name of the color. So check out which color you want before you go mag hunting! I got all 3 of them and am tempted to get even more!

I can only presume that the No7 Naturally Sunkissed firming gradual tan is on BOGOF at £9.25 and that the SA did not even try scan it to see?

I suggest you take it back and explain and they will give you the free one...

but myself I would...confirm they will do this, then get SA to do the transaction in this way...

Return No7 tan £9.25 and put onto gift card

Buy No7 tan x 2 £18.50
Buy No7 lip brush £5.75 (or whatever!)
Till sees £24.25 so add gwp
Use £5 off cosmetics
Till totals £10 after gwp and £5 voucher

Pay with giftcard and 75p cash

If you just grab your free one or they do a straight exchange you will not benefit as much, so personally I would insist on a refund to GC and then go get your shop again as it were

You will not have a problem getting a refund, if you do not have reciept, just get on to gift card etc.

If you are concerned about getting hassles, then call CS, who will totally agree with you and support you, they will give you a reference number, so that should the SA disagree, they then can call CS with the ref no and will be instructed to refund.

Thanks for that. That sounds great , only worried that I go back with it and they tell me again it's not on BOGOF thats why I wanted to be armed with proof (scanned receipt) as I am not one for an arguement.
