re colour miracle varnish, I find the colour very uneven, end up with nails in 2 different colours:mad: shame I really liked the colours it came inBusy mum of 3, so if my posts don't make sense or ask a silly question be patient:rotfl:0

is it the colour you don't like or the varnish? has anyone else found that it chips really easily? I only put it on last night and bits have already come off. I don't use nail varnish very often so maybe that is normal or maybe it's just the way I put it on:rotfl:
i bought one of the quick drying varnish yesty, put it on last night, today it looks awful, wonder if i can take it back as not fit to do the job intended?!
I forgot to say i tried the 100 points on Boots washbags out the back of the mag the other day with the NC freebie, it didnt work!x0 -

Seems to me Mr B is boxing clever by sending out the email voucher to clear all the cr.ap stuff off the shelves
Just like Mr T - he does it all the time....garlic capsules, confetti, finest cards.......0 -
Hmm this is interesting as I was wondering how long a good nail varnish should last and more importantly, what should it be able to withstand? Washing up by hand? Getting coins out of a purse? Typing surely! :rotfl:
I am wearing the Stay Perfect in Salsa, which is a wonderful juicy red colour with shimmery bits. Fair to say I love the colour, but it's chipped already. Only put it on yesterday afternoon - two coats, dried properly inbetween. I also thought it must be me being too rough with them.
Mind you, if I had used a base coat and a top coat (like the pro's) would I now be whining? Maybe not. We got any beauticians in the house?
Also those Colour Miracle ones are supposed to slightly change colour when clear varnish is applied over the top yeah? Well I tried the sample out of the GWP and I couldn't see any difference at all.0 -
I find that the only nail varnish to stay on my finger nails for more than one day is anything by OPI. The Boots ones seem fine for my toe nails, but chip over within a couple of hours on my finger nails. I don't use base or top coat either tho, I have to admit. Wish that Boots sold OPI ~ all my points would be gone tho!0

In Crawley Boots today I saw FCUK Lip Plumper half price down to £3.75, also FCUK Body Moisture spray half price down to £2.00.
There were some Ted Baker travel size bits half price down to £1, although the sets of 4 things for £3.25 is a better deal, and there were still 2 sets on the shelf this afternoon.
Boots Essential Aromatherapy - handcream down to £1, and set of 3 travel size bath things £2.25 I think.
A few things on a clearance stand towards the back of the store near the lift. Mainly men's wash bags/sets and a few hair dyes.
No Glamour mags to be found tho ~ which was the whole reason I went in!

Looks around furtively where would I find stockists of OPI? LOL :rotfl:0 -
Look out for reductions in the No 7 Tinted Moisturiser (The white container) My local is selling it for £4.50/£4.75 Cannot remember exactly (sorry)
Great for holidays:j :j~ What goes around comes around ~0 -
Jellybaby - OPI nail varnishes ~ I was given a lovely set as a present which a friend bought from QVC. I have also got some from Ebay.
The best lasting ones I have got from Boots were a couple of Ruby & Millie ones - hot pink and bright red, when I needed to use some vouchers one time. Lovely for toes in the summer!0
