Hi Donny Gal
I think it may be but I have had the same dentist for over 25 years and feel so safe with him I am prepared to pay -- even though it is toooooooooo much.
That is 1 thing I am going to have to get my head around if we spend more time in Spain. The medical centres around us do not in general speak any English and either expect you to speak Spanish or take someone with you that acn / Fair dues. But I do get a bit anxious if I am not well. Still we will have to see. How do you manage?
The diesel certainly would have !!!Try and do a good deed every day.0 -

(((hugs))) jayward - It's so rotten when your head says one thing and your body says oh no you don't! Been there myself, keep taking on more once I feel well and then down the slippery slope I go. Remember your health is the most important thing!
Penny the puppy went to the vets (sounds like one of those kiddies stories!:rotfl: ) she was so excited to see everyone and walked in on two back legs (it's a poodle thing! ) She did yelp mind as she had obviously forgotten the reason she was there and her paw was painful. She has had a thorough check up, the vet put a muzzle on her for this
, which made her panic a bit but after a while he realised she was as soft as butter in the sunshine, no matter what he did to her, and he (the vet) thought it was her dew claw playing up but gave her an anti inflamatory injection (she was as good as gold for this) and some pain killers for the next couple of days, so hopefully she will improve, I bought her a present (ball on a rope toy) for being so brave, just like having a young child!
she is now cuddled up next to me sleeping it all off.
Good news is I have lost 4lbs:j Combination of fear (high bp), avoiding biscuits and cakes (thank you Catowen for this, it works) and a focus (I will get back into my trouser suit from next)
The atmosphere at work was a bit better today, thank goodness! Our days are happier when we give people a bit of our heart rather than a piece of our mind.
