Morning all,

It's been a lovely warm day here. Went to Mass this morning with XDIL & DGS on the island. He was as good as gold but he told me half way through he had done a stinky fluffy. :rolleyes: It's Ninny day tomorrow and I've been asked to have him Saturday as well. Did some mending this arv and caught up with a few odd jobs around the place. The garden is still soaked from all the rain. It's a public holiday here Monday. Queen's Birthday so DD will probably pop over sometime on the weekend.

Squiggly Don't forget to come back with a full report. Hope you have a nice time.

well we are both ready to leave for once so are scratching our heads to think of what we've missed out. Need to leave a little bit early anyway to drop dgs's admissions acceptance into school - can't believe he's starting nursery this year.

telly still not fixed and it's BB tonight so will have a major sofa move to see if the remote is under them - can't think of anything else to say except hugs for bethebee and anyone else who needs them

rmac - Congratulations :j I remember the morning sickness well - was far worse in my 2nd pregnancy and on the day I gave birth I was only 1lb heavier than at my first antenatel appointment - luckily I'd put on plenty of weight with the first so had plenty to support the baby. I couldn't face the smell of ginger so it didn't help me at all.

We're off to Pontins tomorrow so I really do need to get my backside into gear and get organised, I've got a huge pile of ironing to do and food to organise.....plus the normal cleaning..... or shall I let everyone organise it all for a change and laugh when they've forgotton to even pack some clean underwear?

Got a bit of gammon in the SC for dinner tonight and there's lots of fruit that's on the turn so will stew it up for a crumble.

Bethebee - ((((hugs)))) it is truly horrible the way the bad things in life all seem to happen at once, you have friends here whenever you need us'

R.mac- so pleased to hear your news, I think a few of us had guessed already;) Just think of all those lovely baby things you can now knit! I had morning and at times all day sickness with my two and nibbling on a ginger nut biccie did help a lot, I was also told that feeling sick is a good sign as it proves that the right hormones (that protect the pregnancy) have kicked in.

I am feeling much better today, thank you for the hugs - they cheered me up, still a bit dizzy but no where near as bad as I was so guess the meds are settling down. My bp was also down yesterday so looks like stress is causing it. I am going to see if the school can drop me down to 1 shift a week with the poss of overtime if I feel well enough but not working 2 consecutive days, that means I can pace myself better, fingers crossed.

Hairdresser app has been cancelled as she had double booked so I keep my long hair until next week, Oh well at least I willbe sure it is what I want by then!

I have to take puppy to the vets today as she has a sore paw and keeps yelping with it she is extra cuddly today! bless!

Morning everyone,
lovely bright and sunny here this morning.
I`ve been up half the night as i just couldn`t sleep at all.

I didn`t end up going to dads yesterday but will be going later to sort out the lawns and give him a haircut, i was very tired by the time we spoke on the phone and rearranged things. Today will be as busy as yesterday if not more so and i really need to get everything done as i`m back at w**k tomorrow, i need to get more organised so that i can actually enjoy this lovely weather when it comes around.

Betheebee - as others have said, this is the place to be especially when things are not going well and you need a chat and support, ((((HUGS)))) for you and your family.

Anniestar - hope Phoebe gets on well at the vets.
