Ta.
The first one is a garden geraneum (cranesbill) my favourite plants in the garden! and I have just been to the garden centre to buy that particular one, it is called I think, Wargrave Pink, it's lovely and will grow to about 2 foot in height, after it has flowered, cut it right back to the ground and you will see the foliage grow up again soon and you may get a second flush of flowers.
Not sure about the second one and the third looks like on e of the Euphorbias to me.0 -
sorry to contradict you Chameleon but the first one is not herb robert as I have both these in my garden and herb robert is a smaller leaf and flower .. I dont know the proper name for the first one but it is protected in the wild and the only place it grows in the wild is Barrow-in-Furness, so I'm told
It's called Wargrave pink, I have just bought one.0 -
I've merged all the plant ID threads to keep them all tidy. If you have a plant you need to ID, post it on here instead of starting a new thread. Thanks!

Thanks Davesnave for putting me right.
I will let the person know who gave me the information, that he gave me the wrong info
Well, your friend is only wrong if he/she was identifying the plant in this photo, because G. sanguineum lancastriense comes from Walney Island, which is indeed bang next door to Barrow-in-Furness.
