Phoned 3 weeks ago to cancel after being given a reduction on the family pack for last 6 months. Passed on to the cancellations dept and spoke to a chap called Ahmir and asked why I wanted to cancel. Explained that it was expensive/too many repeats etc. and was told thank you for your custom and goodbye.

Hi - my original 1/2 price offer has just finished and I was on notice to cancel (december 15th being the 'turn off' date) - I have just phoned the techy number (08702 420331) and quoted 'happy 3' after a brief check I was offered another 3 months of sky world at £20.50 p.m. - happy days all around - the salesman did'nt mention my previous promotion (which had run out on November 26th) as I was told previously that promos were not allowed 'back 2 back' - so perhaps best to let any previous 1/2 price offers lapse before trying for another. Hope this helps someone - it really does seem to depend on the individual salesperson that u speak 2.

i just rang sky and quoted code from first post ec19 m001 and i got the £29 deal but when i said code he asked me if i was it ec16 m001 or ec19 m001 i dont know what that was for.if somones brave and quotes that code it might be better deal..
