Hi chloe and everyone else,
I phoned last night quoting EC19 M001 and was put on to the £29.50 package, still quite good but not to be beaten i have since phone SKY again, this time to the technical department (number on the bottom of zicemans SKY letter) quoted Happy 3 and asked about the technical deals available, he noticed that my account had already been set up from the call last night and that i could not have the technical deals. I asked him how much the Happy 3 package was per month he said £20.50, so i told him that last night when i phoned they put me on the £29.50 package. He asked me to wait a minute and came back asking if i was quoting Happy 3 or Happy 5, i said happy3 just incase he was fishing (There might be a happy 5 plan do not know worth a try for someone) i said happy 3 he put me straight on to the £20.50 deal. ;D ;DRegards

Is this just for "coming back" customers or can exsisting customers use this?0
-
no existing customers can use this, the package i was on before was £19.50. When i spoke to the guy in the tech department he thought i was comming back to SKY, his screen obviously did not give him this info.

Before I give this one a bash, can any existing customers that have done this tell me how the conversation went?
I don't fancy saying "I want to come back to Sky on the Happy3 deal" and them say "We have you on our system as an existing customer paying by DD"! I wouldn't know what to say!
Surely they ask for your sky reference number, so they can add it to your account? How else would they know who to bill?
And if I give them my account number, surely they will notice I am not a new customer?
Sorry if I'm being a pain, I have read the whole thread a couple of times - promise!

If you phone the Technical line as i said, they will ask you for your account number or postcode or password, (only phone the technical line if you did what i did, otherwise phone 08702 427 026)do not mention you are comming back etc let them do the talking. Just quote happy 3 and you tell them its £20.50 per month for 3 months you have been offered. Or if you are brave quote happy 5 ;DRegards
