Well I just called them saying that I had the letter through the post today and gave them the ref.
No problem, and now, 35 minutes later, have all movies sports and disney channels... exxxxcellentNo Unapproved or Personal links in signatures please - FT30 -
I called an hour ago and the rep said she was not aware of any such offer, but she would get back to me after 7pm tomorrow evening. We will see what happens, but I am not raising my hopes as I am on the Sky Movie World package and also on Sky+. Even if I don't get the offer I'll see if I can sweet talk the rep into giving me some special deal!
But as the earlier post says - no harm in trying.

Hi Purple patch im on the family pack but didnt recieve the letter just quoted what chloe gave....give them other go ..chances are you will get a diff person who will know what ur taking about goodluck

I am on the Family pack - called Sky to cancel last week and they offered to drop the price to £13 per month for 3 months to get me to stay.
Apparently this is standard practice for Sky customers trying to flee the Murdoch empire
