I think ebay banned him after i reported his dodgy listing(thanks to soolin).

Can he still respond to the dispute? I hope he can and will. His latest response was at 10.30 p.m last night.

Suspended or not it makes no difference as this now needs to be dealt with outside of ebay. As long as you kept everything like others suggested and have screen grabs of the auction and all the emails that's all you need.

We have quite a few Asians and North Africans in Glasgow, interestingly many of them type like "dis and dat bruv."

Not read through fully but definitely still report it to the Police and bank still, despite him saying he's going to do it. I'm very dubious about his honesty.

Yes soolin, we have all messages, listing, our research on them, everything saved, printed and filed. Police have a copy of these documents as well. Looking at the paperwork we provided, they said it is a very straightforward case.

He still uses the Ebay dispute panel to contact us, which is good. He is going to contact Lloyds TSB and get back to me tonight.

When i look at an item the first thing i look at is feedback if they dont have any i come off it

Tbh i dont really use ebay that much too many scammers and ebay and paypal do nothing about it

Don't know why he is twisting and turning a straightforward online bank transfer so much. Why can he not just accept defeat and pay back!!

Shall I give him time or ask him why he is investigating a receipt of £185 if he was expecting it anyway???????
