I was going to mention old style and you beat me to it!;)
Not sure I dare mention our house is up for sale and viewers have disappeared as someone will tell me to reduce the price.
As we are not in a rush to sell we will wait and see what happens having told the estate agent we would consider a lower offer from a serious buyer if one came up.

For example, Mr Broderick berates the articulate Carolt yet clearly adores Nelly who may well be one of the “rudest” posters on the whole of MSE.
There is more than a little about this attack on Carolt T that is misoganist. There have been several comments over the past couple of days about "time of the month", and "go and do the housework", and so forth....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -

Yes, I'm sure you are right, it looked wrong even when I typed it, but I didn't know what was right!...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0

Hi adrock I will take the bait and you can start reeling in the line.
Yes carolt is a woman, i am basing this on the fact she has mentioned her husband in previous postsDebts as of 01/june/08

and that her name has "carol" in it which is a girl's name.
But then I could be a man with a name Lilly (I'm not, by the way) and carolt's "husband" could be a civil partnership.
