    Thanks vixarooni!

I might weigh myself on one of the scales at boots or somewhere and get my real "start weight" as I feel the works ones might be wrong.

I am unsure as to whether i'm going to weigh each week or just be pleasantly surprised (hopefully!) every month :)

Beanielou - I am working off-site for tomorrow morning but I think in the afternoon I will go over and check how early it opens so I know for Wednesday :)

Marion -- how can you look so much younger when really you're 3 and a half years older? No wonder you're smiling so much in the second one. You must be so so proud of your achievement. There were tears here for you in Grannyland.

The two pictures are astonishing. You look like such a nice person.

marion wow well done and everything everyone else has said.

    welcome newbies :)

missyg yeah my notes will be passed on but in my experience thats pretty useless anyway, unless i am just so unlucky to always get psychiatrists that dont like to read previuos notes, nor go on previous (allbeit tentative) diagnosis and prefer to make up there own mind. when they then dont even stick around for 12 months to make up their mind *insert rant here*.

good to hear from you granny - I was getting a bit worried we hadn't heard from you since you were confessing to feeling a bit stuck. Any further thought now half term is over?
Ajax - has Mrs a completely recovered from the disasterous birthday dog walk? (and hope you didn't mean it when you said you were going to shut up for a bit!)
Suggs:D looks like your dangling some of us on a string here :rotfl: ah, promises promises...
back on topic, I have heroically resisted some teacakes these last few days, determined to prove to myself that if I stick to plan, keep my syns below 8, I can return to target. Hoping for some reward at wi tomorrow.
pcl - my sympathies re changing dr's. In my experince of long term medical thingies, they may have your notes but each has there own approach. Also, my personal relationship with my consultant forms part of my general well being, so to change dr's is always stressful until a supportive relationship is established.
Bright idea - wishing you much luck tomorrow with your son: that's a biggy and no one is ever going to criticse you for what you eat on a day like that (not that we'd 'criticise' you anyway - we're here to support and make suggestions)
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

Oh you guys - I am now sitting here in tears reading all the lovely things that you are saying about me! I am blushing and smiling and crying (good tears) at the same time.

Thank you all so much! I really don't know what to say - sorry..

    Love
