Only 42hours and counting to my weigh in on wednesday, I've finally got rid of my headache which I've had on and off for 3 days.Victory hope you get on alright with the blood tests , congratulations to all you losers, and I just hope I can stick to this diet till weigh dayl:T Never Too Old to learn :T0

echoing the 'not eating enough at all' call here too! That is incredibly sensible advice, and makes sense when explained by both victory and missy.
day one going reasonably well so far . . . . and i've been in supermarkets all day. Which was good, because then i wasn't in the poisonous office, yay! Off to potter around the garden for a bit now, crossing EVERYTHING that the good weather holds up a couple of days longer then i can take the tent down. Still having a nightmare getting my delivery here. The supplier paid through the nose to get it delivered on sat and it never showed. The delivery company say they tried, but noone was in. This is a such a huge lie! Not to mention that the noisiest dog in the world lives at the delivery address and goes off if anyone has anything delivered within a 10 house radius. I'm sooooo glad I don;t live next door to my family!0 -
Someone in the shop said to me today "you've lost loads of weight, are you ill?" :rotfl: Not sure what to make of that! :rotfl:
Purplecatlover, if I liked porridge I would eat it for meals other than brekkieI often have cereal or toast as my evening meal. How come you have to start all over again with a new Doc? Can't your notes just be passed along?
I've eaten a lot today and feel good for itI'll be back on track for the rest of the week no problemo. I have to stop eating soon anyway because I have a fasting blood test tomorrow.
BB you need to get in line behind me for Suggs' 'special prize'I am still waiting from LW20! :rotfl: I will give that cheese a try, thank you.
Vix - any of your options are a perfectly suitable breakfastThey are all around 200 cals if you stick to approx 30g servings of cereal with semi-skimmed, and medium sliced wholemeal bread with one of the healthier spreads. Don't skip breakfast for the reason PinkLipgloss has already quoted
Wendy only 2 more days of COURSE YOU CAN stick it out! Looking forward to seeing your pics!
Ajax, I reckon tonight's the night, don't you0 -

Any takers for the chart this week and next? I am away from wednesday afternoon for a week but could post the chart thursday morning this week and next if no takers. I don't mind - it's just if peeps are desperate for a wednesday evening chart then I will need some assistance as I will be flying both weeks!
Have a massive chocolate attack yesterday and was very very indulgent (bad!) - but if I can do a proper Day 1 today then hopefully it will be damage limitation. After all, how much can we really gain in one day !!! The thing was that I went to bed so grumpy for having eaten all I ate, it just isn't worth it. I just wish I could shake myself and these times and tell myself it isn't worth it rather than just do it afterwards! I guess I am trying to learn from it though.

hiya everyone, before i forget, thanks to pinklipgloss and missyg for their tips even though you did post a month ago! i didnt realise it was that long since my last visit!
i have been doing quite well recently. i think i told previously of my plan to walk 500 miles by the end of the year - i saw in weight watchers mag they have a similar plan, walk to australia or something - this is since 6th may, so far i have walked 115.63 miles! my best was 9.74 on saturday in the scorching heat. i have also been doing my yoga once or twice a week still. my general plan is to eat 1500 cals a day and try to burn at least 500. i am already noticing a difference. i got measured the other day and have dropped a bra size, also some inches off here and there. what im best pleased about is that some of the flab from my thighs has dissapeared! again, no idea how much ive lost if any as i dont like weighing myself. i was between 13.5 and 14 stone so when im brave enough to check again i'll let you know.
am also thinking of going back to the gym but i dont want to build muscle before i burn off the fat so i think maybe i need to shell out on a personal plan at the gym otherwise im clueless.Cc debt; £4950 Tesco - £3.37 Boots - £3.94 £2 pot - £0.00 Sealed pot NO40 - £7.87 no spend days jan-3/31 £2 savers = £60
