I too would also like to vote for the boots thread. This is a great forum and we have all pulled together recently due to the sad loss of Jills precious baby boy. It really does show that we are a little community, and I feel deserves post of the month.0

I too would like to nominate the Boots thread. It's always a friendly place where they all bend over backwards to help each other and this week's tragic events has highlighted this. Nothing can relieve what Jill and her family will be going through but the £50 towards her collection which I believe would go to Alder Hey Hospital would be something to acknowledge their grief and loss.:smileyhea Proud Mummy of 2 :smileyheaTotally addicted to Boots glitches & the Next sales!0

I would like to nominate the Boots grabit thread for post of the month,
for all the reasons stated so well by others before me.
It isn't just a thread, it is a community and has always been a nice place to be on MSE. Never more so than in the past week, when old and new has pulled together for sake of one of it's members who has suffered the loss of her baby son.
If you want to see real people in times of crisis, supporting others unselfishly, read this thread. So deserving for post of the month. :T :T

The reason being that a long standing member of the thread - Livermumof2 (AKA Jill) has tragically lost her Baby boy Thomas this Wednesday Morning to Meningitis. Thomas was just 8 months old.:A
The main reason for nominating this is to highlight the support and kindness of everyone who posts here as we are now raising money to give to Livermumof2 to help her in any way we can. It is such a great thing to see so many people who do NOT know each other personally coming together to help someone in their time of need and that is why it should be post of the month. Also the prize of £50 would be given to the collection for Jill.
I nominate this one too.0 -
Yes its got to be the Boots thread. What a flood of warmth and sympathy is flowing to LIVERMUMOF2 in her time of need.member # 12 of Skaters Club
