I would like to nominate this for post of the month ~ the sad news from Livermumof2 regarding baby thomas, the whole spirit of the thread has really shown through with everyone rallying around to show basically that we care, we don't know each other and this shows the generosity among members both old and new. x
This is a do-it-yourself test for paranoia: you know you've got it when you can't think of anything that's your fault.

I would also like to nominate the Boots thread and if won, the money could go to Jill to spend/donate as she sees git as a lasting memory of baby Thomas.

Our thoughts are with all the family at this sad time.

I would like to nominate this - http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=997181

The reason being that a long standing member of the thread - Livermumof2 (AKA Jill) has tragically lost her Baby boy Thomas this Wednesday Morning to Meningitis. Thomas was just 8 months old.:A
The main reason for nominating this is to highlight the support and kindness of everyone who posts here as we are now raising money to give to Livermumof2 to help her in any way we can. It is such a great thing to see so many people who do NOT know each other personally coming together to help someone in their time of need and that is why it should be post of the month. Also the prize of £50 would be given to the collection for Jill.

I too would like to nominate the Boots thread. Over the last few days people have given great support to a virtual friend and come together as a community.
