    Afternoon All

Busy morning but nothing to show for it. Had my last lesson before the big T tomorrow, went ok so just down to luck and my nerves now. Do have a session tonight with the hypnotist so heres hoping! Took 2 Kalms and a couple of doses of the bachs this morning and felt much calmer than last weeks lesson. Got some smints to hide the "alccie" breath - dont do chocolate anymore! Thanks to Paul Mckenna I have not had a piece of chocolate since Easter weekend:D .

Notice up today when i dropped DD1 at school that they are a couple of people short for supervision for their school trip so have filled the form in. One of DD's friends mums has kindly offered to watch DD2 for a couple of hours and drop her at Nursery. Would be a real shame if they had to cancel it.

Half hour left on an item I have listed on ebay so will go do bathroom (didnt do it yesterday AF came and gave me a hard time:mad: ). Will do a general flick through. Toad in hole with mini roasties, brocolli, sweetcorn and peas (dd1 favs) with onion gravey so will prep stuff for that too.

MUDBATH - Hope DD is feeling better. My DD1 has another ear infection (2nd in 4 weeks) but she has had so many over the last 3 years she rarely complains of the pain, even when stuff is just pouring out. Did they give you drops or medicine? Last time we were at the hospital they told me to tell the Doctor that she needs to have drops as the medicine doesnt get to the source of the problem. Happy birthday to your woof!

    Still no sign of Embb???

Solway - nice to see you back. Hope Mr Messy makes you happy:D , seems like you have overcome the things that caused you "issues" with him.

Cuppa, music and get on with it.

Had a great lie in this morning - 9.30am!!!!!

Did a bit in the kitchen this morning so was hoping it was a kitchen day - oh well, going to have to make a start on the lounge. No easy job either - its a real mess today. Toys and clothes everywhere!

Kaz - thanks for the advice re. bank, but the chances of getting charges paid are slim to none! DH works for an agency and gets paid weekly. He had a couple of days holiday week before last and put 'H' on his time sheet to indicate holiday but apparently he needed to speak to the agency in advance not just the place he works at so they put his time sheet in query and just left it. (they are supposed to contact him but it is his fault ultimately for not booking his hols properly). Its only on Thursday last week when he wasn't paid that he rang them and found out - by then its too late to sort out the money in time for the bills going out.   I did speak to the bank and they said if the money can be in by Monday we wouldn't be charged but it won't be in til tomorrow.

G & B - well done on the uni place

Mudbath - good news about the wrist, hope DD feeling better soon.

Need to get on with my list now that DD2's in bed. Unfortunately there is that much 'stuff' in the lounge the clearing everything from chairs & floor task will be a very long one!

The list today is as per pigpen's but with the addition of:
    do some knitting with DD1
    [STRIKE]make lentil soup[/STRIKE]
    Run 3 miles tonight

    Back later (much later!!!!)

well it's been a busy morning, but i'm another one here who doesn't feel that productive.

Had some bad news this morning too - an old work colleague of mine who retired about 18 months ago has cancer - he has been having chemo, and was having an op to remove the rest, but when they did the op it was more widespread than it looked and they couldn't do anything. That isn't looking very promising. I have to say that is what i don't like about teaching - that is 3 of my colleagues that have cancer - 1 is only my age. I don't like the idea of slogging your guts out till retirement and then getting sick and not enjoying it.

hope the sick kiddies are feeling better soon.

Shell glad you had a good lesson today - that might help your self-confidence - we all know you can do it.

serena hope you manage to get some work. I'm sure you will.

Right, time to feed baby again, he has been so good again this morning. I don't want to be late picking DS1 up this evening as he was absolutely sobbing his heart out from the second we got to the door at nursery this morning. I felt so bad leaving him there so i could have a day of peace and get stuff done. I know needs must, but he is so little and doesn't understand.

solway thanks for the gossip! we are like a little soap opera aren't we. Let's try and have a quiet week. Only good news please. :D

Michelle - Didn't realise you were sending little one to nursery still. Thats a tricky one. I just had DD1 at home all the time so we had no schedule to keep to, mornings must be a rush for you!

My car seat just sold for £31.50 so very pleased with that, have now made £208 from stuff that was just in the garage. Stopped using that car seat 18 months ago! Trouble is DH is now looking at junk to buy, yes a telly in out bedroom would be nice but do we really need a flat screen one with built in freeview and DVD player??? I would rather pop the money in the holiday savings and leave it at that!

My dad may be coming to stay next week :j:eek::j Thank goodness for flylady!

    Weather here awful.

Sainsbury delivery half hour early - you would not believe the state of the kitchen :o

So, five minutes and then off to the kitchen to get it less like a bombsite and more like a place that is fit to cook in!

    Feel exhausted. Rotten tablets.
    Always another chapter

only on tuesdays shell - i have him with me the rest of the time. I didn't want him to get out of the routine of going and then have to start again when i go back to work a year older and wiser. He is really sensitive and doesn't want me to leave him at the best of times, and i wanted him to stay in contact with his little friends. It will cost me all of my child benefit each month, but so worth it for what they do with him.

well done on selling your 'junk'. Must get round to relisting some stuff on amazon now i am back in a sort of routine and can manage a trip to the post office if it sells.
