I did go and check out lighter life and went to this woman's house. Who talked about how great it was and the weight she had lost, but she was back on it again as she admitted she had put it all back on!! ( she said it had all gone wrong when she had gone to a wedding and started to eat, she was the one running the groups!!!, didn't join her group in the end ) I only know one person who has been on it and lost five stone but sadly is putting all back on.
I'm thinking of going on to lipatrim to try it. I did do CD ages ago, the women used to turn up at my door and put her hand out for the cheque and them hand over the stuff and walk off. :rotfl: :rotfl:
Not much luck with the crash diets, will try to eat health ( my weight loss stalled when I stopped breast feeding my son )
Thanks for the advice
