Shares down 7% today alone. This is only the beginning. We're only at the start of the housing market crash so god knows what the share price will be like in a few years time. Sell now!

Mmm whilst on the subject of crashes, shouldn't this Government demand the funding back from Barclays and the RBOS until the investigation is completed regarding price fixing..after all we don't want our tax money supporting this sort of behaviour do we ..
Perhaps i should pass my concerns on to my local M.P.:D

when asked in our survey of 100 hbos shareholders : what is the likelyhood that the HBOS rights issue will succeed at 285p compared to todays price of 306p

It's just tempoary the share price will recover.
(if it's there, i'll give you the money myself!!)

I'm buying them anyway, HBOS is a safe bet.

They'll do a B&B : restructure the issue, and sell out to asset strippers : shafting the shareholders in the process, but protecting the undewriting banks

Our survey said : PING!!! Top Answer!!

Hi, wondered if someone could give me a little advise on shares.... I know very little if anything at all.

I currently save £200 every 4 weeks through my comapnies sharesave scheme. This is a three year scheme (of which i am 10 months in) with the option of buying shares at a 20% reduction of the market price at the time of joining. This price was somewhere in the region of £7 per share when I took out the plan.

I have just recieved a letter to opt into this years sharesave - I was going to invest a further £50 per 4 weeks (The max you can invest is £250 over all plans) The current price to buy the shares at the end of the term is £2.50.

Should I cancell my existing plan and put all my money into the new plan? It seems like a no brainer but would appreciate any advise anyone can give me

I will get all of my money back but not any interest.

    Many thanks
