Must be one of the worst carton drinks i've EVER tasted.....have never joined CostCo, had a browse at the one near Star City (Birmingham) and noticed they've got a branch near Derby. Don't know if it's worth the extra for membership if i've got the Makro card???????0 -

I'm employed by but not qualified as a Solicitor, there signage asks for a payslip and utility bill, I wonder if I go with my payslip and utility bill what they would say...0 -
Is the tassimo coffee maker still on offer? Amazon price is £85 and a friend of mine is a member of Costco and she said she will pick me one up in a couple of weeks if it is still cheaper.

Or by holding a recognised professional qualification (such as pharmacist, dentist or media press card holder).”
The fee for Individual membership is £25.00 plus VAT, but this does include an additional card for a second person (spouse, parent etc).
My husband is a Software Engineer (works for Rolls Royce) and he joined without any problems - he just needed a recent utility bill and wage slip. You can also get a non-member into Costco with your membership card, but you have to be present at the same time (your photo is on the card to prove that you are who you say you are!)
Hope that helps
Does that mean a District Nurse would qualify ? My wife is one0 -
It's worth phoning the central membership hotline. I work for IBM and was told I was eligible - excellent!
Cheers,

Just to clarify is it just under £30 (one time only fee) to join and with the opportunity to have an additional card holder (relative) included in the price?
More importantly is it worth paying to join if yoy have already a makro card. i am looking for one that can sell a wide variety of mostly branded items and not just items you havent even heard off. Basically are they better than makro for the additonal £30 ?0 -
its an annual membership fee of £29.:hello: :j0
