Anyone on here who knows how to cast a disappearing spell
Me too, is it just me or are drills sold with the instructions only to be used AFTER 8.30 p.m.??? And what is it about carpets - they have none and it's like living next door to a herd of elephants who play musicals very loudly (if I have to listen to "Hello Dolly" once more..... ). They've even got immune to my Dean Martin and Johnny Cash!!! Actually you'll all have a laff at this. House being built next-door-but-one and nextdoor extended (to match ours  ) and they went over the boundary (ripped up privets). Well, I know the bloke who's building the new house and he was there a few months ago at the front pointing to the bounday between him and them with the bloke from nextdoor looking all "dunno mate". Anyway, new bloke's put fencing where the privets were at the back and the fencing is actually fixed onto the back of nextdoor's extension - now if that isn't saying "you've built over your boundary mate" I don't know what is. I was stood talking to the new owner and nextdoor came out in one of their 3 cars (2 adult 2 teenagers - we live on a main road with a bus-stop right outside) and neither of them let on to the other. When they let onto us my first action is to turn to Mr Rage and say under my breath "what are they after now?". He says I'm cynical - moi??? :rotfl:But I'm going to say this once, and once only, Gene. Stay out of Camberwick Green0 -
