They didn't say anything about ringing back or a councilling meeting??

I filled out the SOA online on their website, they then left me an account number and it said to phone them, which I did.

They asked me a couple of questions about utility arrears and CCJ's belonging to OH, then they said they had updated my file and to log back in using the account number I was given, I tried to ask a couple of questions and they said all of the answers would now be on my file and I was to log back in.

I did this and down loaded a booklet they had left me, basically, it's information about CCJ's and what the creditors will do if I don't fill out the N254 forms, but they're not my CCJ's !! I haven't got any

Call CCCS back and explain that you need more help.

I've just PM'd the CCCS advisors who post on here with Martin's permission, so hopefully they may notice this as well.

Have you spoken to anyone apart from CCCS (see my signature)? I've lost track of this thread a bit, so I'm not sure.:o

Please talk to NDL or the Insolvency help-line. It does seem that you need rather more effective advice than you got. And sorry I lost it a bit yesterday.

Nat Debtline were brill to me & got straight through....no appointment necessary either. I know that CCCS are so overloaded with work at the moment!!

They don`t manage cases like CCCS but as a point of advice & reference they are very good.

  • Just wanted to say wot a life, i know your struggling to cope right know but try to hang in there a bit longer.

This is always the hardest bit, getting the confirmation you need to show you the direction to take, and as much as we would like to say to you do this this and that we cant.

I agree with all the other comments that you have not had the correct advice from CCCS because you have not been able to go into everything with a human being, an automated system is ok but it has its limitations

You must get one or more 'one on one' inerviews to get the right advice as your situation does not fit the nice little pigeon holes the automated systems are built round

I know this is frustrating but once you get past this at least you will have a better idea of the direction you must take and then we can help you through it

Thats it, i am done, Blind-as-a-Bat has left the forum, for good this time, there is no way I can recover this account, as the password was random, and not recorded, and the email used no longer exits, nor can be recovered to recover the account, goodbye all …………. :(

It looks as if you've used Debt Remedy which is CCCS's online system but you can call back and tell them that you are still needing further advice and can you book a counselling appointment to speak to somebody for further advice. They'll have access to the budget and list of creditors that you've submitted but will be able to give you a lot more individual help. You might have to wait a week or two for an appointment. If you want to speak to someone before then try National Debtline instead
