    Your situation is certainly not good, but there are ways of getting your life back, and probably a lot quicker than you'd realise.

    Post again on the Bankruptcy Board including the debts secured on your house, and an approximate Income & Expenditure budget, and I'm sure we can give you some meaningful advice, based on our own experiences.

    Hi wot a life. Please come back on board either on this forum or the bankruptcy one. There is loads of advice and help on these boards, and whatever problem you are facing you can be sure that there is someone who has been there, got the t shirt and survived.
