Now, I give up! I am now sat here, waiting day by day for a letter to drop through the door from the mortgage company going for repossesion - I am a sitting duck!!! There is nothing I can do!
I think I've tried every avenue, to try and get us out of debt and keep our home and every time, I have hit a brick wall.
I have stopped paying the creditors, because I simply haven't got any money! I can't pay the mortgage for the same reason
Sorry for the rant here guys, but I'm sinking deeper and deeper into a shell which isn't good for the kids, I have no idea what will happen to us, I am living a nightmare
Hi Wot a life,
Your situation is certainly not good, but there are ways of getting your life back, and probably a lot quicker than you'd realise.
Post again on the Bankruptcy Board including the debts secured on your house, and an approximate Income & Expenditure budget, and I'm sure we can give you some meaningful advice, based on our own experiences.
Best regards

Hi wot a life. Please come back on board either on this forum or the bankruptcy one. There is loads of advice and help on these boards, and whatever problem you are facing you can be sure that there is someone who has been there, got the t shirt and survived.Find out who you are and do that on purpose (thanks to Owain Wyn Jones quoting Dolly Parton)0
