What are you taking about, you peculiar person?
She was replying to your rather rude comment on a current thread.
Oh - and it's up to 9 thanks now, by the way - not the tiniest bit jealous are you? Diddums.
I'm not referring to this thread, so don't get involved where your not wanted, thanks.
What do i have to be jealous of?
You keep consoling youself in your delusional world my dear.
And thanks for thanking, you continue making a mockery of the whole 'thanks' thing.0 -
Poor OP, they have only had a couple of answers to their actual question! On a subject which I would find useful as well. (but then again I am a stupid, idiotic fool who is going to be repossessed in 2 years time anway, so who cares?)
I am off to the travel board now to tell people asking for advice that they are stupid and that they should not spend on a holiday, rather save it in the bank. And that their holiday will be worth precisely £0 once they get back home.0 -

I know, a lot of people would find the info useful but all the OP got was abuse.......and people thanked the person for the abuse.
Unfortunately i couldn't help, so i gave them my best wishes.0 -

Where did I thank you? Which one of us is living in a delusional world again?0 -

First now is a time to nest rather than invest and having said that in the long term property will always be a good investment because if you iron out all the ups and downs over the years the general trend is always up. Also which ever way you look at it renting will never leave you anything to show at the end. My husband and I should have bought a house in the 70's but mortgages were hard to get then so we never tried and stayed with the council. Ok we are always secure but we have no choice where we live, we have improved the house knowing full well that if we leave the council will rip out the improvements we have made and charge us for the cost of doing so and my children suffered 3rd rate schooling as we had no choice about which school we lived near to. Also my husband died young and insurance would have meant that the house would have been paid of had we bought. So if you can afford to buy don't listen to doom and gloom. Buy a home, live in it and enjoy it and feel proud that you have choices that I never had.

I don't understand it either. Please don't get upset by some silly person. Usually, ignoring them is the best policy.
If we all just stop responding to stupid people, maybe they'll go away (friendly word of advice to carolt and neverdespairgirl).

Ah but interest rates may change 12 times a year whilst rent increases but once*.
