But if your claim against the retailer is spurious, then a claim using s75 CCA would fail on the same grounds. An outright claim for refund from the start in this case would be made on dodgy ground (as opposed to a claim for repair/replacement which the OP is perfectly entitled to)How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?
