    brill, ive been looking at my young savers and halifax have stuck me in an account on 2.1%, ghastly!

    Can under 16's open this account do you know?

    never had a reg savers account though might have to get Halifax if it is at 10%

    Could I suggest that you start a new thread for a new topic (in this case the Halifax regular saver).

    If posts appeared in appropriate threads with appropriate subject lines the forum would become even more useful and searchable. For instance, I get alerted via RSS feeds when a new thread appears.

    Products tend not to get mentioned on websites until they are actually available, otherwise people start moaning that they cant apply in advance. ;)

    Full details are now on the Barclays site, though applying online is easier said than done as the same error message constantly appears at the confirmation stage...

    "We are having difficulty processing your form, please try again later....."

    Hopefully they'll get it sorted soon.

    Non-Barclays customers have to apply in branch. I am going to hold off for a few weeks to see if its as chaotic as their ISA. If it is then I will pass...
