On the discount codes and vouchers thread you can pick up things like £10.00 off when you spend £50. You enter these at the checkout stage of your online shop.:T:jDabbler in all things moneysaving.Master of none:o

Hi all,
I'd like to have a go at this challenge! Myself and bf used to spend almost £10 a night on food, after looking at all these OS threads and taking into consideration some of the ideas we decided to give ourselves £100 a month for food shopping. We started this in January and apart from this month have kept to it even having £40 left over one month which we put in a savings pot. This month though it all went pear shaped and we probably spent more like £180-£200 pounds and I dont even know how! So I've decided to do this challenge and hopefully having everyone else doing it to will keep me motivated! So my target is £100 for the month again!

Apologies -2nd day and I'm wickedly bad and picked up loaf of bread in....................................................................................................................................................M&S!
Forgive me - I will try harder!0 -
I use mysupermarket but I don't do my shopping online. Instead I use it to check prices and deals and then print out the shopping list with all the prices on when I'm done. Don't know about clubcard points, sorry!
I too am one of those that uses mysupermarket, and like Jenny I print out my shopping list at the end of it too. Also if my price on the list doesn't tally with the price at Asda I either choose not to buy it, substitute it or query it with customer services. 9 times out of 10 I have got it at what my list says as that is what it should be..plus a couple of times I have even ended up with a £2.00 savings card..Mortgage Free as of 20.9.17Declutter challenge 2023, 2024 🏅 🏅⭐️⭐️

Only just come to this thread as May is a 5 week month for us so it finishes this weekend - can't believe it's on page 17 already.
MrsM - could I go on the list at £315 please. The month is 4 weeks from 2nd to 29th June. It's quite a bit higher than previous targets, but more realistic considering I've gone over every month this year so far
It is still a target though - it gives me between £5 and £10 a week less than my average spend so far this year has been - I'm thinking baby steps rather than bull at a gate may be more acheivable, lol
By the way - that's for two adults and three children, additive-free diet, and lots of trips to the chemist (was very  last month - thinking of giving it it's own budget).
Now to go and declare May seeing as the bank account and my purse are empty until MondayDFW Nerd no. 884 - Proud to [strike]be dealing with[/strike] have dealt with my debts0 -
Hi!
I have my first shop coming tonight for this 4 week period. My 4 week month started Monday gone. I was sent a £10 voucher for Ocado and using their current promotions, Free delivery and the voucher code, I will spend £84.00. This has alot of storecupboard ingredients, meat/poultry, fruit/veg and fish, along with lots of fridge stuff and bread. This should last at least 2 weeks:j :j :j .....the car also is 3/4 full of diesel from last week, so not doing too bad so far.
