Problem with nightol is they do make you very sleepy!! You have to time em right and they are only meant to be for short use a you can get stomach ulcers I am told...if I'm having one I do by 8pm and then can get up the next day. If I do as the packet says & take one 1/2 hr before bed I'm fast asleep the nest morning! HTH!!
Fab on all the selling bob! Headache could be neck train from too much time on here. Could you treat yourself to a massage with some of the profits?

  • Ta very much for your lovely messages. Just a quick message, in between flitting around.
Have sold another 4 books, so amazon profits stand at £72 after expenses. May well be a bit less as haven't calculated todays postage costs out of that.
fleabay item, finishing today so fingers crossed on that one.
Thanks for the adds on facebook everyone, i have temporarily, stopped the account though as dd2 has had some hassle with them(a few nasty messages) and was going to add me, so I thought until it is blown over i will stop it for a bit then no-one gets any nasties...when i find out which teenager it is they will know what a turnip used with force will feel like!!!!

Have to admit to singing Mr.B's praises today, as he has worked like a trooper over the past couple of days, taking stuff to the tip, helping sort out loft etc. Got sun burnt in the process( awww) Plus he bought me a nice bottle of wine...so kudos to him.

El, have also had a few gulp, thoughts about the walk..but you never know!

Hope every one else is OK. Am off out now. BOBx

Could you not do a virtual walk BOB? This is where you find out the length you would need to walk Land's End to John O'Groats and then you walk it on a treadmill with someone keeping a record of how much you have walked. I know people do this with "Swimming the Channel" so just an idea!

Morning Bob , are you feeling any better today hunny ? Hope so. I get a lot of headaches in the summer, I put mine down to hayfever. Had a fab day out in the lakes yesterday with OH, gave you a wave as we drove by on the M6.
Well done with all the de-cluttering and sales, and good to hear that your OH got involved too. Great stuff ! XX Miggy El
