You've not answered my previous post.
Does that mean that you can't? Can you tell me what all those figures mean and is it a good deal? Should I accept the SP offer?
I look forward to your intelligent reply.Genie

The 'no' response kinda answers my question - he doesn't know.
Cardew, when you have a min, if this is fixed to 2011 - which from previous posts this seems to be the norm with SP, please, is this a good deal - or even an ok deal? And as I asked before, should I get them to put it in writing that it is fixed til then?
ThanksGenie

The fixed to 2011 offer is going to cost you approx £35 a year extra.
I believe that is a good deal and would accept.
Like any fixed price deal it is a gamble, but at very good odds!!!!0 -

I've not had it confirmed for the 2011, but would think that it has to be.
I'll confirm it with them and do the deal!! Thanks for the help. I am a little wiser, but not much..........
When the thread went on about my electric consumption it detracted from the original question and worry. I am very grateful to all those that have been helpful, it may seem nothing to you but it means alot to me to get it sorted, to know I have a good deal.
Thank you.

So you have had Energy Watch and EnSo look at your case and tell you it has no merrit. Did you do someing thing to end the access to your on-line account eg canncel the direct debit at the bank. You have accrued bills becaues you have used energy.
Pay what you owe and leave SP as clearly you relationship with them has bot been a happy one.LBM:j -16/06/04
