    Just an update......have now received 3 offers and 1 from a cash buyer, so I think we have been really lucky.

    Just need to negotiate on the properties we are after. They are still sticking to their asking prices, which is crazy as they are empty and it would be a very small chain!

    Anyone else having any luck?

    Hi panichousebuyer - I TOTALLY understand where you are coming from, I am in the same boat although we have had 2 viewings, still nothing yet. I posted another thread about something the agents advised me they were doing with other properties and for me to try - paying the 5 % deposit for the potential buyer - but I dont know how it works.
