Just remember that you will have to declare a neighbour dispute if you make it "official".

I would personally try and ignore her, you intend to move and can always make your feelings known on the day you leave and the removal van pulls away?!

Is the style of car relevant to the thread?

You didn't mention the viewers car, was it a coupe, an estate, a hot hatch, a saloon, ect?
'During the viewing our neighbour returned and parked her 4x4 as close to the behind our viewers gulf as she could '

its a typo but it sounds like a vw golf

Prior to the for sale sign going up she was just ok. I offered her half the cost of tidying up a piece of land between us owned by her and she then got really off with me, shouting screaming and eventually went out and cleared the land that same night with her bare hands crying and hysterical but she did tidy it up, even the cat mess. But I add I dont feel able to aproach her again. I was hoping for a miracle or a legal route
I'd advise talking to her. It sounds like she's a bit unhinged to me. However, you might be able to bring her round to your point of view.

I don't see the need for any legal/official action yet.

You can block in with any car, I just wondered why the car style was relevant.

Why could she not block someone in with a C1?

Perhaps she likes the viewers car and wants one herself, it has been known

Or she has a phobia about Golf? What did the viewers look like? Maybe she didn't like the looks of them? Did they have very young kids, or teenagers?

Because I 4x4 is generally a large vehicle and that seems relevant to me.
