No! The OR will have your bank statements for the last year and will know you are lying!

I don't understand why you are bumping up your expenditure to make it look like you have a deficit when, by your own admission you do not spend the amounts you are putting down. Your I&E should reflect how much you honestly spend, not what you think you can get away with.

Debtless you put the truth within reason. What is the point of putting those down if you are already £500 a mth over your income. You have to trim some back to add other allowances that we know the OR allows and leave yourself with a small amount off surplus D

You're really going to have to learn how to budget once you're BR, staring with actually knowing how much you spend each month, and on what.

The amount of deficit/surplus you show to the OR means nothing if you have no idea whether your budget is realistic or not.

    working tax £24 wk
child tax from OH £50 wk
Employed work £6.50 hr roughly 35 hrs a week plus 5 hrs overtime at £9.75 hr but this changes weekly due to me being a delivery driver. but on average its roughly £420 every 2 weeks.

out goings below with the figures i know are correct

Mortgage payments or rent on your home £525.00

Housekeeping (including food and cleaning) £?

Gas, electricity, other heating £70.00 (35 each bugeted for but during summer we have no gas bill as don't use it)

    Water £25.00

Telephone charges £30.00 (actually £24.24 a month but thats without call charges)

Travelling to and from work and other essential journeys £200.00 (ive bugeted £50 a week to cover travel to work and other essential journeys)

Clothing £50.00 (don't actually know this one but with a child of 18mnths it could be about right)

Council tax £110.00 (its actually £149.23 a month due to owing last years still)

    Tv liscense £11

Holidays £50 (put aside for one maybe)

Haircuts £20 (£5 for me and £15 for missus)

    Car tax £18

    car insurance £30

Car maintenance £20 (is this enough over the last year i have spent roughly £40 on car parts but you never know when things will go wrong could include this in mot cost)

    Emergencies £20

Work Phone £10 (mobile phone for work never over this amount)
