I'm sorry that you are not in a position to be able to afford those things which you have highlighted JoeHel however they some are necessary for your health, eg the dentists and surely you must buy clothes at some point?
Sorry if I have misunderstood your post

My understanding is that things like dentist, optician, etc are marked as essential as they are relevant to your health. Holidays, window cleaners, birthdays, alcohol, etc are disallowed thoughThat's my understanding anyway!!

I have been to a dentist once in 14 years because I can't afford to go. I buy clothes once in a blue moon. I can't remember the last thing I bought. But I admit that I don't have kids.QUIT SMOKING 4/11/07 :j0

I had an abscess last year and it cost me nearly £50 to have the tooth out - not sure which hurt more, having the tooth out or paying the bill  Fortunately I don't have to pay for the DDs to go to the dentist...Get free advice before embarking on bankruptcy: CCCS 0800 138 1111 National Debtline 0808 808 4000
