I shall just have to have some hand made to fit ~sigh~

Exactly why I make my own.. I should start my own service I think.. I can run up a huge pair of curtains in a couple of days.. I did 4 pairs for our front room in 2 weeks.. while decorating and doing other stuff.. just a couple of hours a day..

Who are these mythical creatures? The people who love cleaning? An urban myth I reckon ;)

I know a few.. my sister.. my sisters boyfriend (different sis) and my ex-stepmother .. I think there is something wrong with them all!

GnB.. it sounds like it was a fitting tribute to a man who was obviously held in very high regard by many many people.. and a lovely gesture from the pubs and your colleagues at other stores.. I am pleased you all had that pressure off you.

Good afternoon - study on hold again because we've bought a caravan, well actually no we still have paperwork etc to sort for it but :D all happy now. Much more than we planned to spend but got a VERY good deal. The closest we can find is a year older and £10k, this ones £7k :D It'll make us tighten the purse strings in a way to pay for it but will help us have cheap holidays because we can take the dogs with us (I pay £25 a night kennel fees and can geta site pitch for less than that!!) :( downside is something else to clean, another oven to clean!

Wooohooo well done lil_me :D have you got some pics of it? And towing is easy, one of the most difficult bits for us can be trying to park it outside our house. Some of our neighbours are not the most considerate of souls. It is kept in storage most of the time and parked out front for loading/unloading/cleaning.

Lil me: Wow, a caravan, very brave, I could never drive with one of them behind the car and I am not a scaredy woman driver or anything, just the thought of towing a big caravan and driving other motorists mad, just fills me with dread..

lol that's the fun and the double takes I get when they realise it's a woman towing!!!! Even funnier when they do a double take as I over take them! :rotfl:
