Aggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
Today I am a carp mum. I just wanted to smack my son so badly because he was so, so, so, so rude and nothing else is working. I walked away from him and banned him from tv, nintendo ds, pocket money (I had given him a warning first) to which he said, 'well that's fine, you're just an idiot anyway!' He is seven years old and I won't accept that behaviour! I've waited until we both calmed down and went and talked to him and he really shocked himself I think as he kept saying I wasn't an idiot and he'd just got mad at me. Sometimes I just want to give up - they never said being a parent was so bl**dy hard! xx
PS I didn't smack him before anyone shouts at me!!0 -
Back from town - bought some of those Trinny & Suzanna magic pants and they are fantastic
I've not looked that smooth & straight since I used to wear a back brace :rotfl::rotfl: Just glad I had a giftcard as they were £35 a pair :eek: Don't think I'll be telling the person who gave me (well me and ex, but I gave ex his share of the balance in cash
) what I spent it on though as I don't think an 80+ year old man would understand :rotfl::rotfl:
Didn't buy much else except for some jewellry (half-price in Clairesand reduced in Ethel Austin :money: ) and a bolt & chain from Poundland, might not do much I know but it will make me feel safer!
I will be going back to the shopping center again, but this time child free so I can go into GAP and Office and places like that which DD refused to go inI won't buy, just look and if I see something I like I'll hit Primark / Matalan / George until I find something similar but cheaper :rotfl::rotfl:
Right, need to go and put DD down the bed with her meditation CD on, she's claiming she's not tired but she nearly swallowed herself a couple of times on the way homeThen I'll try and crack on with my essay - 116 words of 450 done last night.
I'm just sending in my first draft - if its not good enough then at least I'll have more idea of what I need to do.

Gosh I'm in a knot tonight..
First off I have a moronic buyer on ebay.. !!!!!! and in need of beheading.
Second.. DD1 is being a b!tch.. I have done loads today.. see how much of my list is crossed off.. I cooked their dinner then went out collecting without eating anything myself.. then I got back, had some food (my mother bought me a chinese TA on the way home) I asked her to make me a cuppa.. when she had finished devouring MY prawn crackers and MY leftovers.... and she says 'in a minute'.. and there went my dummy my toys and the baby.. right out of the pram lol..
She brought my tea.. and slopped it all over the desk.. so I made her clean it up.. evil aren't I? .. so now she has stropped upstairs in a flounce!! .. and I have my bed to remake.. This is without PMT... Mudbath - (((hugs))) DD can be like that sometimes. When she gets like that I just banish her to her room and remove her stereo and MP3 player
Usually within an hour she's leaves me a card or something saying sorry.
Just relisted 14 items that didn't sell. I have more that I could list but I haven't the time to be writing new listings. But I did upgrade them all to Gallery pictures as well:rotfl::rotfl: Maybe, just maybe I might get rid of some of this stuff!!!;)

Kaz - I'm so glad no one was hurt. It's horrible for you, but I'm sure you'll get your confidence back if you can bring yourself to get back behind the wheel tomorrow. I had a bad prang in Germany, so I do know how your are feeling. Actually, it must have seemed quite amusing. DD was only 3 months old, in her carrycot in the back of the car. For all you Flybabies, this was before babycar seats were invented. :rotfl:Anyway, the first person on scene was a German woman (wife of squaddie)who "kidnapped" DD and took her into her office and called the guard room. The next on scene was her OH in an armoured car. He checked me out and called it in to the MPs before the German Polizei could get there. Then my DH arrived - in a tank! :rotfl:He was just leaving camp and one of the guard told him what had happened. DH made me drive the loan car that the other guy had to pay for - LEFT HAND DRIVE!
I made blueberry muffins today (the first time I've ever made muffins) - recipe from here, and DH has just had one with a cup of tea and said it was lovely!:T
Mudbath - you're not a bad mother, just a mum. It sounds to me (no expert) that you played it well. (((hugs)))
Nicki - - bit scary!
Lil_me - I'm green! DH won't entertain a caravan. We had my parents for several years after my dad died, but it was a very elderly one and eventually someone turned it into a motocross trailer. My dream would be to have a static somewhere, fairly quiet, countryside, so we could just chuck the dogs and us in the car and take of for a weekend whenever we wanted to.
DH has just brought me a cup of tea. :T So I'm off to enjoy. Night all. xDMP mutual support thread No: 433 - Mortgage - £54,556, Credit cards - £4012, Unsecured loan - £3,376, Other - £419

Hi
I don't even think i've looked at my list today.:o I went for an hour and 20 min bike ride this morning. It's getting easier and i can walk now afterwards so i must be getting used to it. Other than that i've been sorting stuff out for Ebay. I've still only managed to get 16 things listedwhy does it take so long? Or is that just me? Most of the stuff was bundles so more stuff to sort through i suppose.
Hugs to everyone who needs one.0 -

Can anyone tell me why DH is currently outside building a garden table and chairs? It's pitch black and pouring with rain. He's mad. I'm going to be really mean and go and jump in the bath before he gets in lol. Thanks for your kind words. I need a good nights sleep.
