Absolutely shell, he was just wanting it as cheap as possible. If he wants it then he can bid on it like everyone else! I had the same thing last week, it sold for £30 over my starting price. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0

People are complete chancers on fleabay, i sold LO's pram last week at starting bids of £125, some girl emailed me to ask that seeing as i had no bids would i accept £80 as thats 'all she could afford'. I politely declined, it sold for £155, and i saw that she had bid up to £140 on it!!! So much for £80 being all she could afford:rolleyes:The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0

Nicki, I would find that rather exciting! (Once the initial shock of the policeman at the door was over and, of course, ignoring the mud). Do you know what they did? Were they young, old? Ooooh I'm such an ambulance chaser!
To quote the Merseyside police website :29/05/08 04.30:eek::eek:
Following an aggravated burglary, crew search for a number of males believed to be hiding nearby. Two males were spotted hiding in a shed, both arrested. A further male then ran out of an alley and was arrested. Three more males were then located in another shed and arrested
Rach - I wasn't nervous at first with the amount of police around but I did eventually get back to sleep about 6.30am  I'm going out today to get a chain and possibly 2 more bolts for the backdoor though
Off to find my list...its got to be here somewhere...Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -

No, just caught up on the thread! :rotfl:
:coffee::coffee::coffee::coffee::coffee: anyone? I've just got off the phone to my colleague (her call) after 1 hour and 57 minutes! I had to put it on speaker phone coz my tennis elbows were so bad, and I had earache!
Shall I make some cakey stuff as well, is that really stretching the working from home bit, or just reclaiming some of the unlogged overtime?
See you later!DMP mutual support thread No: 433 - Mortgage - £54,556, Credit cards - £4012, Unsecured loan - £3,376, Other - £419

Just phoned the council to order an Alleygate key - its going to cost me £5 and I can't collect it until Wednesday  But I might be able to get them to waver the £5 if I explain I'm on benefits and have never had a key
Right, off to kick DD's bottom into gear - I WANT to go to town with her in tow, she's brutally honest and although she's only 7 I trust her opinion on what looks awful:rotfl::rotfl: If I can convince her to tear herself away from Spiderman 3 I might have a chance of getting there

Afternoon all. It was morning when I started reading....
Stripped and remade my bed. Two loads of washing out on the line in the sun:)
Dusted and polished bedrooms and vacuumed right through upstairs. Dusted computer desk and shook the crumbs out of the keyboard, polished living room and vacuumed right through downstairs.
Took dog for walk to the shops and paid the paper bill.
Cut back a few branches in the garden that were in the way, and swept up the blossom from the weigela.
Hope everyone's OK.0
