I was ripped off by these people, via Graig Park Marketing Limited, and have been awarded uncontested judgements against both companies. As neither has made any response, what is the recommended best next step to take.0

I have been with club select from 1/5/2005 and had only one holiday with them, I have tried to get in contact via the booking number 08708504587 without success are they still in business? any help would be appreciated0

If you have a court judgement, and the company still hasn't paid you the money they owe. Apply to the court for a 'warrant of execution', once you have this, you can send in the bailiffs to get your money. How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?

I have become a victim of these people, how did you go about getting the judgements against them?0 -
Myself and my wife made the same mistake with Craig Park.
They now don`t reply to calls or letters. Should i do the same, just write to them and then put in small claims court?0 -

As posted yesterday, we slipped up with Craig Park.
They did mislead us by saying we could trade in some holiday points we have. At the end of the year we were still liable for the management fees on the holiday points. We were then told that Craig Park can not take points in part ex. They also are not allowed to deal in points. After endless phone calls and letters which most have not been replied to, they now don`t answer the phone.
I think they have caller display. Should i do as said yesterday and go to small claims?0 -

Hi Andrew. I am not to sure if it is the same company that is operating from spain but I hope not as I joined on the promise of a free cruise,I must say at the moment I am still in touch with them, and the holiday prices look favourable, but wether our cruise will materialize,I have no Idea.0 -

Hi Vulpes,
Whats the latest - did you get an warrant of execution.
If you didn`t apply for one, i think you should.0 -
Hi all
Yes we were taken in by their sweet talk last May, we handed over a cheque for £3k and not a peep out of them since, no reply to letters or phone calls etc. and the girls on the reservation number (after it was reinstated in January) are totally sweet but you get nowhere "we are only reservations" is the reply. They promised holidays at cheap rates in timeshare properties - in reality they cant provide anything! You just try and book anything. The prices quoted for flights etc. are higher than you can get yourself. So much for having access to flights at cost price.
I have spoken to trading standards, they have said there is little they can do as none of the promises are in writing. But I understand these packages are still being sold at Graig Park, when they know they cant supply anything, so isnt this fraudulent?
If anyone has been successful in getting their money back, I would love to hear how they did it.0 -

Hi, In reply to above.
I have submitted a claim for a return of monies paid to the companies via the on line small claims. ( moneyclaims.gov.uk )
Same as yourself we listened to all the sweet talk.
But afterwards we realised we had been lied to and most of what they said was misleading. I have posted previously more details of the situation.
If and when i am successful i will let you know.
