I always drink a pint of plain water before a meal which temporarily suppresses the appetite and boosts the metabolism. Don't think I will be trying this new thing as I don't believe all that scientific gobbledegook about it! I could be your control group though. ;)

I'm intolerant of wheat, citrus, grapes, grape products and dried vine fruits, tomato, and beetroot, and I am also somewhat caffeine sensitive.

if all this stuff really truely worked, it would be available on the NHS.

As soon as you come off it and start eating regularly again, your weight will increase by as much as you lost and then some.

its not healthy to lose weight so quickly

i'm not huge, i'm 5'8 and around 11st 6, so just want to drop around 3/4 stone, so this is a very short term thing.... i don't deprive myself as i am too lazy and love my comforts...

Someone who is 5'8" should not be that weight!!!!!!!! It'd be far too low.
