    Morning all...

I've been quite good all weekend, minus 2 glasses of wine, and a JD and diet coke, but i 'budgeted' for them calorie wise.

    Today:
B: 1 x slice of white toast with smidgen of marg
    S: nectarine
L: salad, no dressing, 4 crabsticks and couscous (veg stock couscous), pear
    S: apple
D: 2 x quorn Southern Fried burgers in 1 50/50 roll, salad and corn on the cob

Haven't done any redbounding today, as was FAR too hot this morning! Did plenty of exercise this weekend though :) xx

    I've been Money Tipped!
Susie I gave in and had an indian takeaway on Saturday and chose a chicken tandori as it isn't covered in a calorie loaded creamy sauce, I only ate half the chicken and rice as well as I find I am now unable toeat large quantities (do like to graze a lot though:o ;) ).
Our days are happier when we give people a bit of our heart rather than a piece of our mind.

    Hi guys,

Am thrilled to sat that my diet kickstart paid off. Lost 6lb this week!!! :T

Am really pleased, am 1lb of the 2 stone mark which feels fab.

I also checked out my BMI & was pleased to see that I've moved from 'severely obese' to 'obese'. Obviously still work to do but its great to see an improvement.

Have upped my june challenge from 9lb's to 1st. Hopefully with 6lb already gone that will be achievable.

Frogga - we all understand how you feel. I am doing a full time degree, juggling 2 part time jobs & am left to do all the weekday cooking & housework. Even more annoying, as I am at home quite a bit my family come home & say things like 'well, suppose you've been lying around all day'... Makes me so mad!!! One of the tutors at my university said that when doing a full time degree we shouldn't be doing any paid work at all but should be studying full time.

I'll do that the day a money pit appears at the bottom of the garden....:rotfl:

    Food today:

    B - 2 x shredded wheat & semi skimmed.

L - 2 boiled eggs on toast. fruit & yoghurt.

    D - 2 x HM fishcakes & baked beans

Snacks - more fruit & yogs if hungry.

My walk today nearly killed me as it was so hot! Will do my callanetics video a bit later, need my lunch first as feeling a bit weak & flaked out!

    Good luck all
    Total debt £21,000

  • Hello everyone hope you are enjoying all this sunny weather.

Frogga - don't beat yourself up about the housework, although I do know where you're coming from as I can't relax unless the house is done and I get really anal about it. I just joined the flylady thread and am going to do one room a day. Today I have done the kitchen and really given it a good going over. I started after the school run and only stopped a few minutes ago and didn't even feel the time going over and forgot to have anything to eat! Just had a hm banana smoothie to keep me going until I finish the kitchen off - I didn't realise it was so minging. I do it every day but haven't really taken it to bits IYKWIM for a few weeks. I have decided that I am going to ditch my toaster because it makes loads of crumbs and REALLY gets on my nerves, PLUS I love toast and it is so easy to just pop in a couple of slices and if I had to heat up the grill first I would at least have time to change my mind. So I just rang up my sister's carer and she said my sister hasn't got one so she will pick it up later on today. I have also half filled a charity shop bag with crockery and bits I don't need and will never use and filled a black bin bag with rubbish from under the sink and with out of date medicines and sachets of casserole mix etc.

Well hope you are all okay - Rockie - hope you have a better day food wise. Kyle - how about tandoori chicken, raita and plain naan for takeaway?
