Morning all, my best WI yet I lost 4 lb and I can't believe it especially in TOTM week. Looks like the swimming really paid off so I am hoping to go again on Monday next week and again on Friday so fingers crossed for another loss.
Not much planned for this weekend, the freezer is still groaning with food so no batch cooking needed but I might make a cake for my friend as he is a palliative carer and has had a tough week.
B: Nothing yet, not sure I feel like anything
L: Beans on toast or soup with a wholemeal rollSausage casserole with sweet potato mash, cabbage, broccoli and carrots
Have agreat weekend all :T0 -

We're going swimming this morning then McD's for lunch (YUK) if the rain stops we might have a walk to the park this afternoon otherwise we'll have to make cakes......
So, back on plan tomorow, OH is back at work but I'm off :rotfl: so I'll get some shopping in and plan the week properly methinks.
Have a good day folks:A0 -
I was bemoaning the fact that it is not natural to have satsumas in the shops all year round.......so then I succumbed to the deal in MrT & have been munching away on the most lucous citrus fruit I've had in a very long while....very nomnomnom:DFull time Carer for Mum; harassed mother of three;loving & loved by two 4-legged babies.

Hi all,
Got tons of work to do today (ah the joys of working in academia with no paid overtime!) so I will be bored and scuttling around the kitche openeing cupboards to see if anything nice magically appears every time I take a break. Fortunately, we only have good things in so my searches won't result in a ny binges.
B: Porridge with 1% milk
L: Probably nothing as I got up lateRoast chicken with sweet potato mash, cabbage, carrots, broccoli and peas.
Doubt I will have anything later, the snackless week with swimming last week seemed to pay off so I will try again next week with that plan.0 -
Morning All,
Done all the cleaning up and now gonna relax with a cuppa
Got cheesed off yesterday. I was good all day and "eating" (binging  ) never entered my head. Had me tea which was quite a big plateful ( really bulked out with veggies) and then after I had done the washing up we all sat down to watch a film........................ and the Tadpoles and Mr Frog had sweetsLots of em. I just sat there not having sweets.
I could hear the 7 year old in my head saying "It's not Fair!!" and it's not is it? But ho hum I got through it and I guess I feel better this morning for not having had any.
If, ney when, I get down to 14 something I know I can get my thinner clothes on and then I think it gets MUCH easier. Once you can really notice a difference it's a big boost to finish the job off. In between 15 ~ 19 st I think I can't really notice much of a difference so there really isn't much insentive. Anyway onwards and upwards hey guys? or rather downwardsOne more st and I'll be 15 something

:hello: Happy Sunday everyone :hello:
Well had my first weigh in today after joining the thread. I knew this wasn't the best time to start posting with having all the birthday celebrations over the last week - however if I hadn't I might never have started at all
So drum roll please................. I have gained 6lbs
This was totally expected but just means I'm back below the 1 stone lost mark - 11 lbs to be exactso need to knuckle down this week and get that back off. I am back at work tomorrow which always helps. If I only put good stuff in my desk then that's all I'll eat. If there's nothing I'll go to the restaurant for carp
Like Frogga I seem to have the child whining in my head - "I want that, I NEED it" - why can't I treat myself like I treat other people? I would never dream of force feeding my kids or visitors with rubbish, so why is it a "treat" for me?A treat should be good for you, not 200g of Dairy Milk "because I've been good".
So today is the last day of treating myself like a dustbin. From now on I'm aiming to only feed myself the good stuff - easier said than done I know - but there is only me has any control of what I use for fuel.
Sorry to be a moany minnie but need to convince myself I think, that losing 9 stone is doable
Good luck everyone for a brilliant loss this week and I promise to try and be a bit more upbeat with report 2  Take care, Kitty x:xmastree:Merry Christmas0
