Oh god the office is full of brownies, mini muffins, flajacks, shortbread bites and biscuits  I can smell them
Tough one today because as Nix so beautifully put it 'Aunty Flo' is visiting and I am dreading weigh in even though I know I have been saintly this week and done some exercise. We shall see.
B: Porridge made with semi skimmed milk
L: Wholemal crusty cob, philli light and lots of cucumberNot sure yet, possibly felafel in wholemeal pitta with fresh tomato salsa and yoghurt raita or something quick as we are off out tonight (birthday, lots of temptation there no doubt)
Have a great day X0 -
I was absently sucking on a crisp the other day, as you do, when I suddenly wondered what on earth I was doing! I was having lunch wiv me muvva & they put a few crisps on the plate along with a bit of a side salad when you order sarnies in that caff.
Then I remembered what it was---I was chew-chew-chewing like the proverbial Little Train That Could:D Anyone else still doing it?
p.s.It was a wholemeal seeded bread withou spread, lightly toasted & I had tuna & sweetcorn in mine.....that's the only time I have mayo, cuz I don't buy it for using at home:pFull time Carer for Mum; harassed mother of three;loving & loved by two 4-legged babies.

Thanks RS, I have Omeprazole which I think does the same thing as what you take. Thanks also for the warning about the caffeine free stuff. I've been drinking Cammomile tea instead, and lots and lots of water.
Whatever happened to me at the beginning of the week was due to several cans of cider, and some disorganised eating. I have had the problem since I was a child (I was stick thin too then, so it's not always to do with weight issues). You'd think I would know better.
Dh is back soon, so it will be back to slimming world for me too.0 -
Hello folks :hello:
I'm back from my camping holiday - BRILLIANT!! Weather was errrrrm, changeabl:eek: e to say the least hurricane force winds (felt like it when you're in a tent:rolleyes: ) torrential downpours and beautiful sunshine..... I've got a cracking tan(or is it rust;) )

Hello
Thought I'd make a reappearance - having successfully put on my June target, can you put me down for 3lb and I'll try and loose it this time :rotfl: !
Well done to all the losers :j0 -
Welcome back Rockie and well done on the loss! Nicky - it has been quiet on here for a few days now - I think we are all missing Mrs M!
I have had an okay day foodwise - for the first time since starting the SW online thing, today I didn't feel like my tea - I wanted to have some chips or other such rubbish. I compromised by allowing myself an additional healthy extra and so had baked beans with my pork steak and onion for tea. 6 extra syns but well worth it because it was lovely!
So - food today has been:
Breakfast - apple and banana
lunch - ham on dry wholemeal bread with 2 laughing cow triangles, some of my tomato veg hm soup, strawberries (but they had gone off a bit so only ate one or two)
Snack - 2 ryvitas with laughing cow light triangle, about two mouthfuls of DD2's after school ice cream cone at the beach.
Dinner - pork steak, baked onion, baked beans, slice dry wholemeal bread, Activia fat free yoghurt, cherries
Hope youa re all having a nice evening.Jane

Going shopping today for a dress for my BF's sisters wedding - I haven't worn a dress in 10 years!(I hate my legs). I am feeling much more confident though now that I've lost my first half a stone so I'm hoping I can find something that makes me feel nice.
Bye for now!
Hope Mrs M and her family are ok0 -
