:T :T Frogga and Kyle. See, I knew there was a positive vibe this month.
I've also lost 2lb this week. July is going to be a success, I can feel it.
Off camping now for the weekend (in the rain - heyho) so good luck to all those still to weigh in. We're gonna do it girls.:D0 -
Morning all! congratulations to all loosers.. i'm ignoring weigh-in today, am aiming to lose by next week - i've been feeling rough all week and today have gave in and admited it, i've took the day off as I'VE GOT A BAD COLD
I fully intend to feed the cold, so today may be a bit higher than my normal 1311 calories! (and last night I ate a 2 finger Kit Kat. Me Bad). I've got the gutsys today!!
Today:
B: 1 slice toast with 5 bits of OH's tinned ravioli
S: no idea
L: Quorn stirfry, perhapsno idea - driving to OH's parents tonight at around 7, wil get in at 10. SOmething en-route or toast?
I must surely loose weight by next week, the sheer amount of mucus coming from my nose and throat suggests i'm at least a stone lighter than last week (sorry, too much info?)
Love you all x0 -
Morning everyone *waving* Well done to all you lovely losers, how clever are you lot?
STS for me this week which is brilliant seeing as Aunt Flo finally arrived at 5am this morning - she woke me up by poking a big stick in areas she really shouldn't even know about - so am knackered and grumpy and I just want to go back to bed with a hot water bottle *grumbling*. However to STS and NOT bloat is brilliant and so I am not unhappy about that at all.
Have a great day and can we all do a bit of a sunshine dance please - I HAVE to get the gardens done this weekend (as the grass in the back MAY be nearly 4ft tall, I couldn't possibly say) - so I need no rain, fank ewe very much
Have a great Friday everyone, take care of your lovely selves xxComps £2016 in 2016 - 1 wins = £530 26.2%

Feel very pleased with myself that I had a whole week off and then managed to pull myself together and get back on. Normally if I fall off the wagon , I'm off for weeks and then it takes a really long time to muster up the effort to start again. This time I didn't fall off the wagon, I simply paused, then pressed play again. that's a reall breakthrough for me.
That's really good frogga. Hopefully that's the start of a new food relationship for youBrilliant on the loss too - you'll be skinny in no time
Well done to all those that have lost or stayed the same. Welcome to all the newbies and returnies
I'm in a much better mood today by the way - hayfever drugs have made such a difference (I was taking the over the counter ones but they just didn't have enough ooomph!)
So food today:
soaked oats with raisins, sliced banana and maple syrupcoz it's friday!
Lunch is ham cheese and pickle roll.
Snacks are malt loaf and rice cakes
Tea is sausage casserole (cauldron sossies with lentils, tinned butterbeans, and some veg I bunged in the casserole this morning and passata poured over).working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
OGITH - well done on losing 2lbs:T
Bobbadog - hope you soon feel better x
Nix - hope you also soon feel better xDo what you love :happyhear0 -
Hi All,
Well done to all the losers. I have a 1lb loss to report too and although past experience suggests it is over optimistic am going for a 5lb loss for my July challenge. I am now 10 st 9lbs and have lost 13lbs so hopefully will have lost my first stone by next week.
I have been reading but not posting over the past week which seems to have been rather busy. I had a great time in Stratford at the weekend but overate. Since then I've been busy with one thing and another and have also knitted my second scarecrow! Goodness knows what I shall do with this one - the first was for OH's grandson but I have no home for this. I have really got the knitting bug now and have started a knitted dolly with clothes that come off. I may give that to the baby upstairs who might be moving out next month. I've also done my first buying on ebay and bought a Jean Greenhowe knitting pattern pamphlet of the whole scarecrow family. I have really got the bug now!!
I haven't had any extra long walks this week as my dog walking friend has been on holiday but have managed over 5,000 steps of walking most days.
Have a good weekend everyone and good luck to anyone still to weigh in.
Food for today
B: Muesli with skimmed milk and raisins. Cranberry juice.
L: HM wrap with chicken and avocado. Side salad. Strawberries. Not sure yet but something light like a boiled egg as OH is working.

Hello everyone and welcome back Kika! Huge :T to Frogga, Kyle, OGITH, Rosewood for great losses and :T to Nix for a STS in TOTM week!
Bobbadog - hope you start to feel better soon.
Cranky - hope your withdrawal eases off today. I gave up caffeine two years ago and remember it well! I had problems with stomach acid and had the camera down and switched to decaff coffee, which made the acid worse - apparantly it is to do with how they actually extract the caffeine and it can cause or make worse stomach acid. I got put on Lanzoprazole which I take only intermittently now and I find that if I don't overeat or eat carp then my acid is fine, but the moment I binge then it comes back big time.
OGITH - have a great camping trip!
Went to Matalan this morning to get shoes for DD1 - they had some really lovely clothes - alas not in my size, but hopefully, if I stick with it by Christmas I should be able to get something!
Only had breakfast so far - had a banana and an apple was was late (as usual) taking DD1 to Southport to school.
It is lovely and sunny here so washing is on the line.
Mrs M - hope you are doing okay, also Cheerfulness - hope your DS is okay.Jane

B- Alpen and soya milk
L- Cheese & sprouty sarnie, fruit salad
D-Pasta I think
Have actually stared doing some exercise:eek: ,think my body has gone into shock, the poor thing.:rotfl: There is a nature reserve near me and I have been going for a brisk walk when hubby gets home from work and I hand the kids over to him.Except for when he is late then I shall be doing my Yogalates DVD,I seem to have lots of exercise DVDS.Is it just me that watches them the once(to see how its done of course)then shoves them in a cupboard for all eternity? Right, off to help a small child build a LEGO tower.Good thing you can't here the 'Muuuuummmmy' being whined down the stairs:rolleyes2 Now,where are those earplugs??:D0 -
Hi again
Can't sit still today, despite the cold, have done some sewing (no idea how OH gets holes in everything!), done 2 lots of washing, made a huge batch of carrot and coriander soup and have some of Nigella's Snickerdoodle biscuits in the oven (cinnamon and nutmeg things) to take up to OH's parents tonight (if they're edible, i'm rubbish at sweet baking!) - fingers crossed.
Am hungry, but can't work out what i want to eat whilst the house smells of cinnamon biscuits, so will wait another half hour. My urge for a quorn stirfry is quite low, what I really want is a cheese and pickle sandwhich!!! Damnit.
Hope you're all having good days x
PS: Rose Wood - my mum knitted the whole family of Scarecrows, I loved them so much! She made my Grandparents ones that looked like them - my Grandad was a fruiterer and his one had a little basket of mushrooms and stuff, very cutex
