Only one word for people who think that - ignorant

It's ridiculous, no one who takes out credit does it without intending to pay it back

This is exactly why I read these boards but do not post, other debt forums are much less judgemental.

Hope you get your mortgage sorted, if you want to speak to an adviser who is experienced in these type of mortgages pm me and i will gibe the forum I belong to,

i beleive a large percentage of people on this site are looking at ways of paying debts/morgages off by increasing payments faster tham they would normally etc..
i don;t think there are that many people on this site that truely CANNOT pay off their debt.
if it was stealing lenders wouldn;t lend money.. when to get a loan, credit card etc you agree to pay it back. if people on this site were getting loans with no intention of paying them i would see the point in " People Who Borrow Money And Cant Pay It Back Are Thieves" however i don't belive this is the case

I am trully nshocked by what i have read on the other board. I have never seen such venom on these boards. Terrible.

I can understand your view about the judge many would echo your views. perhaps not the wisest way to explainyour opinion but hardly warrants the vitreole that you suffered over there.

For what it's worth get back in touch with the court and tell them about the error on your order. If they think it's right you have a period of time to appeal the decision.

I also have a 2 chargeing orders on my property mate and it isn't the end of the world. Guess that puts me in line with Shipman and the likes then!!!

Good luck mate. Hapy to help if i cam opr if u just want to have a moan PM me.

I suppose some people think bereavement, redundancies, divorce and other unexpected life happenings won't happen to them.

I agree it is stealing if you sign a contract with never any intention to pay back but if you are just unlucky in life it is not theft it is poop luck!

I have just been reading your original post on the buying, renting board, some of the responses are utterly disgusting, I feel quite outraged on your behalf, I think your post was a reasonable question and much of what has been said to you is dreadful, must remember never to post on there for advice!!

I just had to check out what thread you were talking about and am appalled by some of the comments on there, harsh is putting it mildy. It just reaffirms what i already thought, that i will stick with the dfw forum as there are a nice bunch of people on here. Now we know where all the mean ones go!

Best of luck with getting your situtation sorted out and try not to let other peoples nasty comments get to you.
