Did you have to sign the credit agreement before your limits were raised?

My OH has a JD williams account that has had the credit limit increased with every statement - started at £200 and now £600 - he has never signed the credit agreement.0 -
Been talking to flybe customer services about doing a balance transfer, as I have not used the card at all yet, and asked if there was a special offer on.
Was told there is offer for new cards such as mine of 0% interest for the life of the balance transfer!
Best to get it confirmed if you're in a similar position to me - but I speedily transfered balance on Vanquis (which I am cancelling - but this is not a condition of the 0% bt) over to it.

well they reckon they judge you on how much credit you have got available and you could go and spend it, if you went on a spending spree.0
