    Do you think it's a clerical error on there part?
    Did you ring up to see if you could have a Cheque Guarantee card?

    I don't think it is clerical as after I requested it the screen said I had the overdraft until 10 January 2010 when it would be reviewed. I did ring and ask if I could have a CG but I was told I was not yet eligible.
