Hi Claire,
A friend of mine, had lost her job, got into trouble with all her bills, owing months of payments, even had her orange contract disconnected for non-payment and still walked out of the Vodaphone shop with a £25 per month contract.
She is now bankrupt and still kept the contract..the mind boggles

just rang them so i did not forget there was a young girl on the phone told them it states on the website 28 day maximum and that it is totally unacceptable and that i have been told i was approved then told its still in decision she did not like the fact that i was faster than her at getting my answers accross not in a horrible way just since joining the forum i know how to get these little beggers lol so she is going to get back to me!!you cant change yesterdaybut you can make tomorrow better0

Cap1 won in court and the dirty !!!!!!!s put a default on my credit record aswell for it etc
Thing is default will only be on until novmember as thats 6 yrs since it happened. There trying to play dirty but am not finished with them just yet0 -
