Don't worry! I've all four of mine extracted in one two-hour session. There will be pain and bleeding afterwards for about a week but after that you'll forget about the whole thing. Ask your doctor for strong painkiller prescription (celebrex worked for me).

i have had my top two out already but its complicated with this one as they need to remove aload of skin to get to the tooth itself!!
