Did a balance transfer from my Littlewoods Visa to my new Flybe card.

Originally had a 4.5k limit with Littlewoods but asked them to lower it to 2k two years ago.

Owed them £1800, never ever been late or missed a payment in the 3 years I've had the card.

Did the balance transfer and checked today, the transfers gone through, but upon receiving it, Littlewoods have dropped my limit from 2K to £250.

Doesn't bother me as I'm closing Littlewoods anyway. But it seems a little odd when I've never missed a payment and they've made loads of money off of me that they do this?
Martin Lewis is always giving us advice on how to force companies to do things.

How about giving us advice on how to remove ourselves from any part of

Looks like a fun filled evening here last night :T

flybe does seem to be giving out decent credit limits at the moment while others are lowering there.

woke to find the post had been and my new flybe card has arrived with a 4k limit
very pleased more than i'd hoped for but no mention of the 0% for six months will activate later today and ask.

yes i know it -went to Gosport a few times on the ferry. Not a fan though, but like anywhere its what you make of it:D I think they got rid of a lot of the naval houses. Did you visit southsea?
