Hi guys,

I just received an email from A & L saying I had been accepted for a Premier Current Account.

However, I was just wondering if anyone knows how long it takes to get the confirmation letter and/or the welcome pack they mention?

Also, when I applied it said I would get a £100 if I switched my banking to them, however, I've just gone on their site and the £100 offer has dissapeared?

I was accepted for A&L this time last week. Just received a Pin this morning. Waiting for Visa card and cheque book.

Cruzier, I applied for A&L account online last Tuesday and got my welcome pack, account number and PIN yesterday. Today I got the Savings Account number and a confirmation of the switching service. Still waiting for card and chequebook though. Plus I still don't know if I was accepted for the CC. It's killing me not knowing lol

I havent been to my flat yet to check if mine is there darcy as i got my welcome pack same time as you. will double check later.

you think its worth calling to apply for there credit card as i did get a £500 OD with them.

I think you should. They would have checked your status for an O/D. It's worth a shot?
