    I pity the fool.................lol

Can you believe I pay £14.95 every quarter to have the pleasure of reading a carp report on checkmyfile.com. I really do hate Callcredit, they're pants.

Anyway, I have 3 defaults  , but the DCA that the HSBC one sold theirs to decided that they would set up their own account for me on Callcredit as well as HSBC, so I have 2 seperate defaults for the same bloody debt! !!!!!!. Today I made my F&F to settle this default, so when that's all done, then I will be doing a Darcy, firing off 20 letters a day until they remove it. I understand the HSBC default, fair enough, I defaulted on my agreement, but for the DCA to set up a 2nd account is very naughty. Plus I settled a default with Egg in June, and that still isn't showing as settled. Although I did fire off an email to Equifax and they have requested an update from Egg, so we'll see. And my third default was settled September 2007.

On the bright side, I have no outstanding defaults :D .....just a £3k MBNA bill that I need to pay off by Xmas

Just think, in 10 years time, we'll be sat here chatting on the "super prime credit card club" lol.

Good luck with BG. Sometimes you do just have to put your foot down. You need to be assertive, but not rude, as no one likes talking to a rude person :p . But it's good that you dropped your friends into the conversation - solicitor, ombudsman, watchdog lol

I really don't have the energy to fight this HSBC default. But I have to if I have any chance of remortgaging next year

How's the man flu? Did the Night Nurse work :D

Good news about the MBNA :j .

It's just so random about the CRAs! Anything I apply for from now on I'm only going to use lenders who search Experian, as they're my good one lol!!

Well Experian are the best ones to have on side!!

Underground - thanks for that :) Good to see that Callcredit isn't used too much lol. I think I remember reading somewhere that they exist more for the consumer market rather than the actual lenders market.

Darcy - I love Night Nurse lol. You wake up really crusty and with a dry mouth, but at least you sleep well lol.

I'm going to Alton Towers this weekend :j . Whoop, whoop lol. Gonna get soaked lol
