    Ten years and he wasn't faithful for any of it. Two kids, one conceived when he and I were supposed to be making things work. He !!!!ed off back to the !!!!!! he got caught out with. Life can't get any worse than that really. So I look forward :) Will never trust a man again though, so I'll be single going forward.

    Ah sorry to hear that, people can be cruel in this life, but look forward in life hinney cos you only get one shot at it and you are a long time dead, stay single but go out and have some fun.

    rfb - I would ring Capital One today if I were you - I got through straight away (didn't even hear it ring on my end!) and was informed a statement was sent out on July 25th which I did not receive. The minimum payment is due by 20th August and I was put through to the department to pay with my debit card.

    I was also able to sort out why I couldn't sign up online (apparently as I don't have a home number they had to put my mobile in so I can use that on the sign up - its a mandatory field online)

    Let us know how you get on if you do call :o

    Just wondering I applied for a 'standard' Halifax credit card last night - I was not given a instant descion , just told that you will hear from us in the next seven days . Is this normal , I noticed they have only credit searched Equifax . I thought I would recieve a instant descion?
